Download GymSystem OpenSource for Windows XP
You must download two file: Access97rtSetup.exe (the runtime of MsAccess 97) and Mdb-Eng.zip (the programs and the service libraries).
Once you have download Access97rtSetup.exe execute it and install the runtime of Access.
Now download Mdb-Eng.zip, create the folder c:\gym and unzip it inside the folder.
Open the folder c:\gym and double click install.bat.
Now copy the file Gym.lnk on the desktop and double click it, the program will open in a while.
Copy also the file ControPanel.lnk on the desktop, it will be usefull to configure the program.
